Consistent training is crucial to maintain fitness and improve your skiing ability.  This fall, DXC is excited to host for the second time a Fall Junior Program.  The fall junior program meets on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:00-5:30 PM, September 11 - November 1, 2018.

This program is for athletes not participating in cross-country running that want to get ready for a great ski season!

These sessions will focus on intensity and strength. All workouts will be at Chester Bowl.
