OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CAMPS
DXC, COGGS, and Outdoor Adventure Camps (OAC) partnered with Spirit Mountain to host the nationally recognized Take a Kid Mountain Biking program by IMBA in August 2018.
The program was free, and served 202 kids from ages 2-16. We hope to continue these between-club collaborations, which was energized by Bobbie Larson for this event.

From June-August 2018, DXC partnered with Bobbie Larson and St. Michael's to pilot its first summer Outdoor Adventure Camp based out of the Lester Amity Chalet, and dozens of kids had a blast!
Bobbie led day-long and week-long outdoor camps, fostering a positive relationship to the outdoors and an active lifestyle among participants. Multiple community members also donated free, gently used biked (at least 15 in total) for kids who needed them.
