This spring DXC will have a dryland program for juniors not participating in track that want to get ready for a great summer of training. Meeting on Tuesdays and Thurdays, this program will focus on strength, base training and dryland technique. This program will keep you fit and strong while getting ready for summer ski training.
The program will meet at Chester Bowl playground on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30pm during the months of April and May.
